Founder & CEO
Chris Kirkman
Chris is a software engineer and architect with 28 years of professional experience building applications across the full stack — from backend services and data platforms to the polished mobile apps people use every day. For more than 16 of those years he has designed and architected software for the medical physics and radiation oncology field, giving him a rare combination: deep engineering craft paired with genuine, long-term domain knowledge of how clinical software in this space is built, trusted, and used.
He has worked the entire lifecycle of software products — system architecture and domain modeling, cloud and distributed data, cross-platform mobile development, and the unglamorous engineering discipline (testing, clean boundaries, maintainability) that keeps an application trustworthy years after it ships. Founding Xora Tech Labs was a natural step: its first product — a CME/MOC credit tracker for medical physicists — sits squarely at the intersection of his engineering experience and the field he knows best.
